Senior ER Advisor

Human Resources and Personnel

Job description

This role definitely falls into the arena of a savvy ‘career opportunity’. You’ve collected a strong base of generalist HR experience with a focus on ER/IR at the companies you’ve worked for so far. What you aspire to now is an arena where you are able to utilize all this experience and show what you’re really capable of [and feel highly motivated doing it].
Working in this large, complex, unionised environment, you’ll be part of a switched on HR department consisting of a team of 18, in an environment that is diverse and people focused. As a Senior ER Advisor your accountabilities will include complex ER issues, coaching managers, advising on employment issues including contracts and policy interpretation, supporting a number of change projects and some policy development.  An ability to continuously improve systems and processes while proactively supporting where required, lead and manage cases/initiatives to completion, means you’ll get exposure [and the chance to have an impact] across many different business units.
As a capable negotiator, communicator and problem-solver, you will play an active part in ensuring the values of the organization are upheld in addition to demonstrating a supportive, collaborative and results focused approach.
In return, you will be working with an organisation that encourages and rewards exceptional performers.  Aside from being welcomed into a supportive team, you can look forward to an attractive salary and complex and challenging work that will add to any resume.  If you find the mix of challenge and opportunity on offer here appealing, contact Annie O’Keefe online today.
