Our client is one of Auckland’s largest and most recognisable organisations, making positive changes to the lives of Aucklanders every day. They have a world class finance team, that support and provide sound commercial advice throughout the business.

They are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator, to provide advice and procurement support to Unit Managers, someone able to deal with large volumes of work and build strong working relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the end to end process for contract and agreement management
• Maintain all contract files, ensuring they are up to date, accurate and meet legal requirements
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve administrative processes
• Build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including unit managers, peers, internal customers, procurement functions and financial advisors

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2-3 years’ experience of complex procurement processes and contracts administration
• SAP system experience, including contract administration and maintenance, purchase orders, goods receipting and invoicing
• Relevant business or finance qualification preferred
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
