About the role

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, your main focus will be as primary liaison to clients, by providing functional consulting and support the core CRM and ERP Microsoft products sold and supported by this organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate customer training programs on Microsoft Dynamics application functionality
• Provide implementation advice and support to customers for Microsoft Dynamics products
• Identify customer business requirements to be solved with Microsoft Dynamics products
• Develop functional/design specifications for any customisation to the standard Microsoft Dynamics product functionality
• Develop and maintain project plans/documentation for implementation of Microsoft Dynamics in line with agreed objectives

Skills & experience required

• Proven Dynamics 365 consulting experience
• True business consulting experience
• Experience implementing systems into a business (not just applications)
• Experience delivering training to clients
• Strong analysis skills
• Business process mapping and gap analysis experience
• Experience facilitating end to end implementations of small scale development projects
• Be commercially aware, identifying opportunities for generating revenue
• Be a self-starter and show initiative
• Have strong problem-solving skills
• Strong New Zealand Work Experience
