The purpose of the role is to connect people internally and externally to understand what the organisation offers to make a difference. The role includes both strategic and tactical responsibilities, managing risks and support the organisation’s leaders. As a Senior Communications Advisor part of your responsibilities will include mentoring, coaching and supporting Advisors with their tasks and growing in their level and type of communications support and content.

Key skills needed:

  • Provide strategic and tactical internal and external communications
  •  Develop content in all forms and styles such as visual, audio, written and digital
  • Being customer focussed will be important in this role
  • Solution driven and action orientated will be important for this role
  • 5 – 7 years senior communications experiences in a large operational organisation needed
  • Experience with writing and producing digital and written content
