About the role

My client is a household name and among the leaders in it's industry. This organisation is a believer in supporting local communities and finding innovative ways to add value to their customers. As Senior Change Coach you will work with business leaders and squad teams across the business to deliver change as well enable and empower internal stakeholders to implement sustainable change. You will operate within both waterfall and agile teams and tailor the type of change for each business unit as appropriate.

You will provide hands on change delivery support through the likes of change impact workshops, change strategy development, etc. You'll be a critical part of the enterprise change practice leadership team to influence evolution of ways of working, as well as run a high performing suppprt team across the business and Change team.

About You

As a highly experience Change Delivery specialist, you will be coaching leaders and teams to build change capability. You'll have hands on experience with Change Management to directly deliver change management outcomes when required.

You'll have demonstrable experience supporting an evolving change management practice in an enterprise environment. You will ideally have implemented change in both Agile and Waterfall environments and will have experience using on-line project management and collaboration tools. 

Financial Services industry experience is beneficial but not essential for success in this role.
