I am seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Service Design and Business Analysis skills to work on a piece of work until end of March 2020 for a Government client.  You will be working on a significant programme of work to look at how they can serve their customers better.

To be successful for this role you will need the following experience:

• Need to have a good  mix of Senior Business Analysis and Service Design capability
• Some business case experience
• Worked at the strategic level
• Organisational design experience
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ideally lead a team previously
