I am urgently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for approximately 6 months commencing as soon as possible, to lead and manage analysis activities for a large programme with a government client. This role will be involved in a new programme to increase the investigative, forensic, intelligence, and prevention capability of the client's Digital Safety team. The Senior BA will lead the team's BA activity acoss the programme.

To be successful for this role you will have the following skills and experience: 

• Excellent core business analysis skills and application of industry best practices
• Business analysis planning and requirements management across a programme of work, including programme leadership activities such as analysis status reporting, and identification of analysis delivery risks
• Leading the delivery of business analysis from a team of business analysts
• Quality assurance of business analysis artefacts
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, strong relationship building and management skills including external parties
• Strong facilitation skills
• Business / regulation domain (desirable)
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks
• Development of operating models
