Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract!
 
This is a role that involves improving this organisations's, knowledge management solution! 
 
The role will assist with:

• Process mapping and documentation of the current and future archiving and document and content management process
• Optimising the current knowledge base, repositories and tools (eg Sharepoint).
• Engaging and working with the vendor to select option for ongoing solution
• Plus mentoring and leading a Junior BA for particular workstreams, who will assist with a lot of the content tidy-up work.

Knowledge management experience would be a highly desirable, but is not essential.
