We’re seeking a high calibre, senior level/lead Business Analyst to lead from the front, mentor 2 existing BA’s and be the critical connection between the business, Product Owners and delivery tribes.

You’ll need to be comfortable joining a large organisation that is transforming, so while your preference is Agile, there are teams still to begin their journey, so you’ll need to be adaptable and happy working on both sides.

The experience we’re looking for would include the following:

• Strong experience of a complex Enterprise level organisation
• Significant experience in IT application projects with business change impacts
• A strong understanding of agile Scrum/Kanban
• Happy working with waterfall during a transition period
• Ability to deep dive to uncover detailed requirements
• Experience with user experience (UX) design.
