Job description

As a Senior Advisor HR Systems, reporting and analytics you will manage, develop, maintain and enhance the HR IT system used by the HR Branch. You will also be identifying future opportunities where strategic HR IT system investment could drive additional value for HR.

Ideally, you should have the following skills:

  • HRIS system knowledge
  • SAP, SQL knowledge
  • An ability to train the wider HR team
  • Technology focused
  • Advanced Excel reporting
  • Driving automation and self-service of the systems
