Job description

My Client, One of New Zealand's leading bed manufacturer's require and experienced Office administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing role 3 days a week starting potentially leading into 5 days as the role progresses.

This is a busy role, so a strong background in administration is a must, you should be confident to step into this role and make it your own, as well as working well in a team to get the job done.

Duties include:
* Data entry
* Auditing
* Customer and Client care
* Managing and up keeping training records
* Taking meeting minutes
* Following up with job orders and liaising with different departments

To be successful in the role you will possess:

* At least 2 years office administration/ management experience
* Strong Data entry and computer skills
* Clear English speaking and professional manner
* Professional verbal and written skills
* Confident and capable to work independently
* Can multi task juggling many jobs at once
* Able to work potentially 5 days a week
* Own and reliable and commitment to work
* Able to pass a pre employment drug test
