I am seeking multiple Cyber Security Specialists for 7-month contract roles with a large government client. These specialists will be required to support integration across domains, monitoring the appropriate inclusion of security services and providing visibility of the organisation's cyber security position. They will also ensure that information security services are being delivered to the wider organisation and their customers.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Experience in the review and implementation of security policies, procedures, and processes across an organisation 
• Demonstrable experience dealing with security incidents and familiarity with OWASP vulnerabilities, Malware protection, and the common domains of information security. 
• Strong knowledge of information security practices and information security risk analysis (certifications in CISSP, CRISC or CISA would be an advantage) 
• Familiarity in applying Information Security Standards such as AS/NZS2700x PSR, and NZISM 
• Familiarity with official government classifications of information 
• The ability to create and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver quality outcomes 
• Experience reporting to key stakeholders on security performance metrics and potential security risks
