Our client is a global tech leader hailed as one of the world's largest employers with operations in over 170 countries. They are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master for a 5 months contract role. This role will manage a project for one of our client's customers within the finance industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project scope and timeline
  • Manage and coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-up
    • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
      • Act as the point of contact for external communications
        • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
          • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur throughout the duration of the project
            • Plan deliverables and monitor team's performance
              • Assist teams with implementing changes effectively
                • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint and milestone due date
                  • Report on overall project progress/milestone status and sprint results in a professional format to Project Manager on a daily/weekly basis

                    The ideal candidate:

                    • Experience in a scrum master role
                      • Knowledge in JIRA
                        • Minimum of 5 year's experience in application development and implementation
                          • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
                            • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
                              • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
                                • High Proactiveness is a must
                                  • Outstanding organizational skills
                                    • Scrum master certification is a plus
