    Our client is looking for a proactive, self-driven, relationship manager with great attention to detail and problem-solving ability.  The role is busy – one of the team suggested, it’s a bit like spinning plates – but your responsibilities are to ensure our schools are managed and maintained effectively. 
    As a School Property Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting your allocated schools with infrastructure projects and the management of their property.  This will include asset management and school property redevelopment and the creation of 5 year property plans with each school.

    A good command of written English is therefore required for both report writing and the interpretation and explanation of relevant policy.   

    An excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, your knack of problem solving, planning, developing and implementing initiatives will be matched by your ability to achieve effective and positive results with great efficiency.   Relationship and time management will be key to succeed in this role alongside the ability to manage conflicting expectations.
