This is your opportunity to add value to our community within school infrastructure projects.

As a School Property Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting your allocated schools with infrastructure projects and the management of their property.  This will include asset management and school property redevelopment.

Your strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills will help you build good relationships with school Board of Trustees to support them in effectively managing and maintaining school property and infrastructure.  Your main goal will be to provide property resourcing and administer the applicable policies and systems used to develop and maintain the existing network of schools.

Duties will involve:

• Property management
• Business planning and analysis
• Relationship management
• Project workAn excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, your knack of problem solving, planning, developing and implementing initiatives, you will have the ability to achieve effective and positive results with great efficiency.   Relationship and time management will be key to succeed in this role alongside the ability to manage conflicting expectations.
