• A scaffolding ticket with two years of experience in scaffolding
• If you do not have a scaffolding ticket you will need four years of experience in scaffolding
• A great attitude toward Health and Safety in the work place
• Be physically fit
• To pass a pre-employment drug screen
• To be hard working
• To be a reliable team player
