About the role

This large organisation in central Auckland require two contract Senior Technical Instructional Designers (SAP) for an upcoming project. Your focus will be on working alongside the business process mapping stream to build training content based on the agreed process. On top of this, you will be required to coordinate and facilitate learning activities as required.

• Complete SAP training needs analysis
• Develop training frameworks
• Design best practice frameworks
• Reviewing existing training material and identify gaps
• Facilitate technical training

You will have

• 5 years + experience as Training Lead or Instructional Designer (ideally within SAP)
• Experience working in complex technology environments
• Solid knowledge of developing training material and strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagements skills
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
