 About the role:

The Business Analyst will be supporting the delivery of enhancements to a CRM solution, capturing and managing the changes of a new mobile/web solution and its integration. You will be creating Business Process Maps reflecting the future state process design, ensure requirements traceability from benefits through to detailed requirements and have the confidence to work closely with the transformation team, ICT Managers and Project Managers.


Skills required for this role:

  • Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience producing high quality requirements within agreed timeframes that are used to support the definition of a solution that meets business objectives using both Agile and Waterfall methods
  • Experience producing Business Process Maps to Level 5
  • Previous experience working with SAP CRM and ideally GIS solutions
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary team (including business and ICT) and communicating effectively so developers and other project team members have shared understanding of delivery outcomes and approach required
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
