Our client is a specialist in the Abrasive Blasting, Panel Beating and Paint services in Invercargill. They are in need of a dynamic Team Leader who is hands on and is also happy to role their sleeves up and undertake a combination of sanding and cleaning duties.

Further Duties & Responsibilities are;

• Co-Ordination and the liaising of the flow of product between premises.
• Pickup and Delivery of Product
• Sanding & cleaning of product to specifications
• Overseeing the sanding team
• Signing off and checking of timesheets daily
• Management of PPE gear and compliance of Health & Safety

  Skills and Requirements;

  • Must hold a full drivers licence and be competent in towing
  • Have experience in a supervisory or Team Leader Position
  • Must be physically fit and able as there are manual duties
  • Ability to use initiative and be able to multi task
  • Have great time management skills
  • A great work ethic and enjoy a laugh
  • Great communication skills
