Our client based in Te Rapa, specialising in driver/machine operator and Health & Safety training, currently require a switched on frontline individual with exceptional people skills.  This role is a busy position providing support to the sales team and liaising directly with customers handling enquiries and resolving complaints, booking training courses and maintain diary and database records.

Key functions of this role:
* Act as first point of contact for client phone enquiries and web enquiries.
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via phone/email/website
* Work within your sales team to identify and develop new sales collateral
* Create opportunities for new lead generation and upselling
* Maintain competent understanding of the company's products and services
* Maintain database of customers accurately into CRM
* Manage course bookings from initial contact through to day of attendance * Promoting of new products offerings
* Health & Safety

  The successful applicants will have / be:
* Warm, friendly manner
* Confident and articulate communication skills
* Efficient organised worker
* Minimum of NCEA L3
* Ideally have Diploma In Administration or Business
* Intermediate level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Able to exercise judgement in problem solving
* Well developed customer service and sales skills
* Good relationship building and interpersonal skills
* Ability to use initiative
* Accurate data capture skills and service delivery
