Job description

Our Client is a privately owned dealership in office equipment with offices in both Tauranga and Rotorua. They specialise in innovative technology and expertise in capturing, transforming and managing information.

Working Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, the client is in need of a Sales Support and Logistics Administrator for their busy Tauranga office. Ideally this candidate would come from a logistics admin role or similar and be someone who pays a lot of attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to –
* Managing the equipment installation schedule and route
* Liaison with service providers, customers and internal stakeholders
* Management and ordering of software, machines and accessories in line with sales deals
* Updating and management of stock
* Day to day workshop overview
* Invoicing and updating job costing
* Daily banking
* Booking of training courses and accommodation when needed
* Customer liaison and updating of machine meter readings
* Inwards Goods management
* Achieving efficiencies, cost savings and documentation of processes
* Collaborative team work with all departments
