Sales Support Administrator

Sales & Business Development

Job description

With a couple of year’s sales support experience already gracing your CV (preferably within an FMCG environment), you know you’ve found your niche. But you’re not seeing the career movement you want so badly – and, quite frankly, deserve. So don’t muck around. Make a decisive move now that will set you up for the future in an environment where you can’t help but make a name for yourself.

This position is fast paced, where you will be not only working closely with the Key Account and Field teams providing exceptional administrative assistance but you will also be building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships.  You will be responsible for processing of invoices, managing customer accounts/statements along with reporting, development & maintenance of internal invoicing/claims reporting and general customer service and sales support.

Your administrative, multi-tasking and technical ability is second to none, having had considerable experience in a similar role.  A strong aptitude for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential!  If you have had experience with various ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP or Oracle and have knowledge of Siebel/CP Werx or Promax…you will definitely have an advantage over other applicants.

The role involves tight deadlines, procedures & systems which will mean at times, it will be quite demanding, so a resilient, cheerful, process driven individual with strong communication and customer service skills will thrive.
