I’m looking for a tech savvy, self-starter with call centre experience to join a great organisation in the wider Porirua area.

The main focus of this role is to convert inbound sales leads into customers. There is no cold calling in this role! You will be following up on messages from potential customers and providing them with information about how the business can help.

The successful applicant will:

• Have experience within a contact centre or a phone-based job
• Have an excellent phone manner, and confidence to call potential customers
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills, you will enter notes of what you have done into a system
• Be able to communicate with people at a range of different levels
• Be self-motivated
• Be technologically savvy
