Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Director is a key player amongst the Senior Leadership team. We're seeking a passionate individual with a strong strategic approach and an ability to provide complex solutions from a leader's perspective. This role is all about developing and leading our New Zealand sales strategy.

Success in this role will mean achieving business goals, exceeding profit, gross margin and sales activity targets through the acquisition of large and strategic new business. To be considered, you will need:

• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
• An ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
• Capable of writing tenders
• Experience in high level account management, paired with a strong understanding of SLAs
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a senior position
• 5 years + experience in sales and/or business development
