Our client is a very busy traffic management and road marking company who is responsible for road marking contracts around the Tauranga region.

We are looking for a Type B applicator operator to join their specialized road marking team. This role is full time, and competitive rates are available with the potential for a permanent opportunity.

You will know this is a physical role - you will be responsible for the preparation, painting and completion of road marking contracts as required. It is predominately day work but some night work comes with the territory and there are incentives to ensure you are looked after.

Proven experience will be required to be considered for this role.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Transverse operator - able to work with all aspects of road marking both urban and rural with Type 2 applicators
• Driving to various sites - Class 2 with DG

    The successful candidate will have the following:

    • Proven experience as a Type 2 operator
    • Excellent work ethic - you need to be determined to learn and succeed
    • Be a self starter and be able to work independently with confidence
    • Full class 2 with current DG
    • TC ticket and Constructsafe
    • Provide 2 relevant references
