You will be adding Revit knowledge to the practice, so you must be at least intermediate level, and also have the following skills:

• Intermediate - advanced level revit experience in a similar role
• Outstanding NZ Building Code knowledge
• Detailing of design work for senior architects
• Resource consent documentation
• Monitoring of construction through to observation
• Preparation of documents and drawings to comply with relevant codes
