An exciting full time opportunity has become available for an individual to join the national Adecco Candidate International Mobility (CIM) team, based in Penrose. The CIM team play an important role within Adecco Personnel, working to deliver exceptional international talent for our clients across New Zealand.

The core focus of this role will be to work with the Manager to effectively and seamlessly onboard and manage our international candidate pool so that they are placed into roles as soon as they land and have ongoing work opportunities.

You will be our point of contact for resourcing and delivering amazing talent to the business - enhancing the international candidate experience along the way. Attention to detail and time management are crucial to meeting our internal standards, but also those of immigration and relevant legislation.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will also have -

  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A natural ability to communicate and relate to others from all walks of life
  • An ability to multitask and prioritise your day
  • Relevant resourcing or recruitment experience in a high-demand market
  • An interest in understanding immigration and relevant legislation.
