This is a fulfilling role where no day is the same! You will be responsible for the facilitation of outstanding candidate sourcing, working primarily in the manufacturing and logistics space. You will work to match the right people to the right roles, and enhance the candidate experience as you go. You will be self-driven, enjoy a challenge, work well both individually and as part of a team.

Key to your success in this role will be the following -

  • A natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy and database management
  • Outstanding communication skills and an ability to relate to others
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics industry, or relevant resourcing experience would be advantageous.


    This is a full-time position where your energy and drive will be highly valued. We know this role is not for the faint hearted, yet we understand you have a life outside of work - that's why we have our After Hours team who manage calls and continue to deliver excellent service to our clients from 5:30pm to 7:30am.
