Our client is a leading and well respected Auckland Construction company specializing in high density timber framed housing developments.
We are currently looking for a new Site Manager to join a winning team!
This is a stimulating and exciting role that is responsible for scheduling, task setup, procurement, sub-contractors and Health & Safety of a site to ensure project is delivered on-time, to standard, to budget and to exceed our customer's expectations.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years NZ experience in site management on commercial projects or residential development projects.
- NZ Carpentry Certificate and current LBP, or Engineering Construction Managemnt tertiary qualified.
- Completed projects in a safe manner, with a high level of commitment to health and safety
- Good planning and process-driven skills
- High level of communication, professional attitude and demonstrated leadership and commitment
- Has developed positive and reciprocal relationships with staff, sub-contractors and Project Managers
- A proven track record of delivering projects on program and budget
- Be driven, motivated and strong initiative
