About the role

You will be working on medium density housing projects with a high level of job satisfaction from a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring and take-offs
• Pricing and estimation
• Contract administration
• Procurement of subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Systems and process improvement

  Skills and experience

  To be successful in the role you will :

  • 3 years NZ experience as a Residential Quantity Surveyor.
  • A team player who also demonstrates initiative.
  • Committed and hard working.
  • Be a motivated worker with an interest in job growth and team leadership
  • Strong communication skill with clients, design consultants and construction contractors
  • Exposure to cash flow forecasts, feasibility studies, scope of work and cost-management
