Our client is a leading and well respected Auckland Residential Construction company specializing in high end architectural homes, fast track government projects and large scale private developments and We are currently looking for a first rate, Project Manager with a can do attitude to join their team!

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is dedicated, experienced and hardworking to work to the excellent standards that our client is renowned for.

This is a stimulating and exciting role that is responsible for Project Management of 1-2 multi-unit developments (5-12 units) to ensure projects are delivered on-time, to standard, to budget and to exceed our customer's expectations.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management on residential development projects in NZ
- Completed projects in a safe manner, with a high level of commitment to health and safety
- Exceptional planning and process-driven skills
- High level of communication, professional attitude and demonstrated leadership and commitment
- Has developed positive and reciprocal relationships with clients, consultants and other key project stakeholders that were maintained throughout the full course of the project
- A proven track record of delivering projects on program and budget
- Has completed projects defect-free, ahead of the contractual requirements in relation to completion
- Be driven, motivated and strong initiative
