Our client is in need of a Reporting & Data Analyst ASAP for a 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will be completing diagnostics work on targeted business units to understand volumes, SLA’s, systems utilized, customer pain points, etc. This is key in order to comply with a suite of efficiency for tools being rolled out to keep operational performance driven.

About you:

• 4+ years as a reporting & data analyst
• Time as a contractor ideal
• Ability to learn fast and think on your feet
• Microsoft framework knowledge is preferred
