I am looking for a candidate that enjoys developing business plans, producing accountability documents and generating internal performance reporting. 

Experience in reporting is not essential as long as you have excellent stake holder engagement skills and is willing to learn.  You will have the support of the Senior performance advisor and CFO to train you.  Ideally you would have 1-2 years’ experience in a Financial or Non-Financial analyst role.
