Job description

Our Client is a company based in Auckland Central and is looking for a Reporting Administration to join their organisation during their busy period on a short term contract.

The role will entail, but will not be limited to:

  • High Volume and Complex reporting and analysis of data
  • Reporting documents with correct formatting, graphs, table and hyperlinks
  • Providing high quality, timely project coordination and administrative support for work programmes and projects
  • Working with Ariba and Power BI
  • Organising meetings, producing presentations and reports, updating plans and schedules
  • Developing and maintaining project filing systems
  • General Admin Duties

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the construction sector or supporting a busy procurement team will be an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Power BI and Ariba skills
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse data in spreadsheets
  • Proven experience supporting a team with a variety of admin functions
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • General understanding of project management methodology and framework
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to use initiative
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and report writing skills
