  • $45-55k depending on experience

A great opportunity to combine your administration experience and love for helping and interacting with people on a day to day basis in a Registration and Licensing Officer role.

You will get the chance to hone both your customer service and administration skills while providing support and guidance to a high number of tradespeople. No day is the same in this role and each call and interaction will be different! The successful candidate will:

  • Ideally experienced in a phone-based customer service role
  • Have administration experience
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Display excellent customer service both via phone and email contact
  • Be able to navigate multiple systems and databases
  • Not afraid to step up and support your team members
  • Confident and comfortable enough to at times have hard conversations
  • Have excellent time management skills and be able to successfully juggle multiple priorities at any one time
