Awesome people. That’s what makes our early learning centres so successful.

Delivering great outcomes for children and families starts with finding passionate and talented individuals like you, then nurturing you to be the best you can be -because we know you can’t support young learners to reach their potential, if you’re not on your way to achieving yours.

We believe that by investing in you, we can make an extraordinary difference in the lives of New  Zealand’s youngest learners and their families. And this is why we place a huge emphasis on developing you both personally and professionally. And with 117 early learning centres around the country and a dedicated team of over 2,000 people across New Zealand, our career pathways are real — not just promises!

Join us and we will ensure you have the tools and mentoring to build your skills, knowledge, and expertise as you support our young learners on their education journeys. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day positive interactions with all children at the centre, while ensuring our values are showcased in your practice at all times. This includes building strong relationships with centre families/whānau, children and staff, and actively participating in all aspects of curriculum design and centre operations within the team.

You may have lots of early childhood teaching experience or you are at the beginning of your career and are keen to get started. Either way, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and possesses a strong desire to learn and progress. Your personal warmth and friendly approach will be complemented by a commitment to teamwork, developing relationships and ensuring professional practice is second to none.

Our benefits reflect how important you are to us, and we have a range of these -from birthday leave through to discounted medical insurance, childcare fees at our centres and retail discount offers for our people – and if you’re a recent graduate we’ll also provide you with a $1,1150 signing allowance.

For us, we love nothing better than seeing our people grow in confidence, unlock their potential, and achieve their goals, so get in touch and let’s see how we can nurture your career. Apply online to Annie O’Keefe today.
