Award winning and leading the industry across many sectors, we are on the lookout for someone to join our Hamilton Branch for our busy summer period. This is an entry level role in the recruitment industry and would be well suited to an HR graduate or HR student needing an internship. It could also be the perfect step up for someone in customer service or retail.

The Recruitment Resourcer role is busy and varied! Duties include but are not limited to:

* Supporting the Recruitment consultants with candidate screening, registrations, interviews, reference checks, compliance, and general admin duties
* Candidate file management
* Weekly payroll duties
* Data entry
* Managing general enquiries from candidates and sometimes clients
* PPE stock management & arranging industry training days
* Managing compliance paperwork including ACC and MOJ checks, and pre-employment drug testing
* General reception, switchboard, and office duties

The successful candidate must:

* Be highly organised, and have attention to detail
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Be calm by nature yet able to handle the fast-paced environment in our industry
* Be well presented, be a team player and be very reliable
* Have exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
* Have a clean criminal conviction report, be drug free and have a current driver’s licence
* Must be available Monday, Tuesday and one more day of your choice!

We are looking at a start date of the 4th of October as we approach our busy summer period. This role has the potential to become permanent full-time or just give a student summer exposure to the recruitment side of the HR industry.
