About the role:

This business requires an HR professional with internal recruitment experience to lead their HR/Recruitment/Training operations for 10 operating companies.

Duties include:

* Liaising with Hiring managers on staffing requirements
Manage the candidate attraction process by advertising and networking on multiple platforms
* Candidate management - screening, interviewing, reference checks, job offers etc.
* Training of Hiring Managers on HR practices and processes
* Provide guidance and support to Hiring Managers in including disciplinary matters
* Projects such as retention and People & Culture development

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

* Proven internal recruitment experience
* Training experience
* The ability to perform effectively with little instruction
* An understanding of the Employment Relations Act 2000
* An understanding of NZ immigration visa and residency regulations
* Strong computer skills
* Work well under pressure and within given time frames

Must have a valid NZ work visa to apply
