We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Recruitment Consultants to work within Spring Professional.

We are looking for individuals with experience and success in permanent solutions within the commercial construction market and/or sales and marketing. You will be responsible for the management of client and candidate relationships, continually growing your networks and working in partnership to source the best talent possible for our clients.

The successful applicant will display:

• Confidence to pick up the phone and proactively approach clients and candidates

• Prior experience within recruitment, sales or the construction industry
