Experienced Recruiter– we have pumping offices in Hamilton & Auckland both with endless opportunities

###To give you an overview of the roles:

As Junior Consultant you will be supported by a high performing consultants in your region to learn from and allow you to support them on the big jobs, whilst growing your own desk.

As an Experienced Perm Consultant, you too will work alongside our powerhouse recruiters in a busy office allowing you to grow your own desk with ease from our extensive networks hitting the ground running.

We have no boundaries. Our perm team recruits across New Zealand with world class clients. They often work as a team on jobs to ensure our clients get the fastest and best recruitment experience on offer, boosting their commissions each quarter, so the earning potential is immense.

Did we mention 30% uncapped comms, (OTE) plus a great base salary!!! The desks will be warm, but you should have no issues in BD as any good recruiter needs to know how-to pick-up jobs on their own.  70% of your desk will look after perm and the rest will typically be commercial temp or contract.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be positive in all that you do. As you will be aware, high earning consultants are busy people, so the ability to multi task is essential. Reliability, honesty, and integrity are imperative key attributes to successfully join our team.

You must be currently eligible to Work in NZ to apply NZ and these roles require a vaccinated person to perform the duties safely. In fact, our entire team is 100% vaccinated, coupled with offering you a safe, modern workspace, free on site parking and all the latest technology and tools of trade to help you be as successful as possible.
