We have a new opportunity for a motivated and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our Adecco South Auckland branch, located in East Tamaki. This is a fulfilling role where you will be pivotal to the daily success of our candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience by building and maintaining strong relationships across all networks. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will enjoy the challenge of running a 360-degree desk in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for servicing our existing clients, along with business development, advertising, screening, interviewing, placement as well as post-placement care.

This role has a strong focus on recruiting within the manufacturing and logistics space. We are interested in hearing from individuals with knowledge or experience within these areas, who are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

• Own the end to end recruitment process
• Effectively manage our valued accounts
• Continuously network and develop client & candidate relationships
• Follow process and ensure all the boxes are ticked
• Work alongside their team to achieve the best results.
