We have a new opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join the West Auckland Adecco team. This is a fulfilling role where you will be pivotal to the daily success of our candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience by building and maintaining strong relationships across all networks. We work predominantly in civil, manufacturing, production and logistics industries, with opportunity to diversify the mix as you go. No two days are ever the same - so if you're looking for a challenge, keep on reading!

This is a hands-on role which offers plenty of variety; a typical day will involve all things recruitment - from advertising and reference checking, right through to sales and business development. Taking on initiative, delivering on expectations and the ability to manage your day are crucial, alongside working with your team to achieve the best results.

We're looking for a positive and outgoing team member who will -

  • Own the end to end recruitment process
  • Continuously build business opportunities
  • Ensure the candidate and client experience is positive
  • Work alongside their team to achieve the best results
