We have the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our awesome team based in Palmerston North. This is a fulfilling role where you'll be responsible for; new business development, building strong relationships with our clients and sourcing and matching the right candidates to the right roles. As no two days are the same your exceptional organisation and prioritising skills will be highly valued.

Operating in the fast paced industrial market your initiative and flexibility is crucial. While your willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into this role, along with your strong customer focus will be key to your success within our well established brand.

We know this role is not for the faint hearted that's why we have our After Hours team who manage calls from 5:30pm - 7:30am to ensure you enjoy a good work life balance while delivering great service to our clients.

We're looking for someone who;

• Will take ownership of this role and make decisions on the fly
• Remains cool, calm and focused under pressure
• Pays attention to detail and never compromises on quality & compliance
• Is energetic, self-motivated and driven to meet targets
• Has previous recruitment experience
• Ideally you will come from a civil/construction or industrial background
