We are the biggest in the Bay and due to continued growth, we are on the hunt for an Experienced Temp Recruiter in our Tauranga Branch with endless opportunities.

As an Experienced Consultant, you will work alongside our current powerhouse recruiters allowing you to grow your own desk with ease from our extensive networks and you are hitting the ground running.

We have no boundaries. Our temp team recruits across the South Island with world class clients. We work as a team to ensure our clients get the fastest and best recruitment experience on offer, so the desk will be warm, but you should have no issues in BD as any good recruiter needs to know how-to pick-up jobs on their own. We deal with blue collar industrial and white-collar commercial clients and your focus can either be a mix, or if you are a specialist in white collar commercial, you can step it up and build your network and the desk even further.

You will have proven experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be positive in all that you do. As you will be aware, temp consultants are busy people, so the ability to multi task is essential. Reliability, honesty, and integrity are imperative key attributes to successfully join our team.
