About the role:
Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for experienced Temp Recruiters in Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland with endless opportunities. As an Experienced Consultant, you will work alongside our current powerhouse recruiters allowing you to grow your own desk with ease from our extensive networks and you will be able to hit the ground running.

Skills & Experience:
We need a go-getter who is hungry for a new challenge! Someone who enjoys growing a hot desk and building relationships with clients and candidates. This person must have the following skills/experience and attributes:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven NZ recruitment experience
* Ability to build rapport, identify new opportunities and deliver on promises
* Someone who enjoys new business development and is naturally in
* Experience in candidate care, screening, and interviewing
* Someone who can write creative job board adverts and knows how to utilise social media to attract the best candidates
* Extensive knowledge and experience in running the entire recruitment process from start to finish
* Someone with a sense of urgency
* Someone who is hard-working, passionate, and positive
* Someone who has an open attitude to learning and developing
* Someone with resilience, who can handle pressure and meet deadlines
