Job description

As a front office administrator, you will be the first port of call for our customers and workers both via phone and face to face; therefore, you must have a passion for customer service backed by strong administration experience. This is an entry role in the recruitment industry.

About the role:
The Branch Support role is busy and varied and duties include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Recruitment consultants with candidate screening, registrations, interviews, reference checks, general administration duties and compliance
* Candidate file management
* Weekly payroll duties – data entry
* Managing general enquiries from candidates and sometimes clients
* Filing as well as PPE management
* Arranging industry training days
* Managing compliance paperwork including MOJ checks, and pre-employment drug testing

About you:
The successful candidate must:
* Have a proven minimum 12 months office administration experience
* Be well presented and take pride in your work
* Have great communication skills both written and verbal
* Have impeccable phone manners
* Be highly organised and be customer service focused
* Have attention to detail
* Be calm by nature yet can handle the fast-paced environment in our industry
* Be a team player and be highly reliable
* Have a clean criminal conviction report, be drug free and have a current driver’s licence
* Be eligible to work in New Zealand
* Have willingness to learn and grow
