Award winning and leading the industry across many sectors, we are on the lookout for a new team member in our Wellington Branch. This is an entry role in the Recruitment industry.

The Branch Support role is busy and varied and duties include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Recruitment consultants with candidate screening, registrations, interviews, reference checks, general admin duties and compliance
* Candidate file management
* Weekly payroll duties – data entry
* Managing general enquiries from candidates and sometimes clients
* Filing as well as PPE management
* Arranging industry training days
* Managing compliance paperwork including references, MOJ checks, and pre-employment drug testing

The successful candidate must:
* Have minimum 12 months proven experience in the administration field
* Be highly organised and be customer service focused
* Have attention to detail
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be calm by nature, yet able to handle the fast pace environment in our industry
* Be well presented, be a team player and be highly reliable
* Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have a clean criminal conviction report, be drug free and have a current driver’s licence
* Have willingness to learn
