You must be a highly motivated individual that is driven by success yet understands the importance of customer care and client management. You will be honest, reliable, trustworthy, hard-working and take ownership in everything that you do. As a Recruitment Account Manager you will take job orders and manage our key accounts, advertise job orders, source, screen and select the right staff to meet the client’s requirements. Once you place them into work you provide ongoing management of the staff and account for the candidates work life cycle.
Your duties will include:
*Supporting national customers and candidates with consulting and customer service
*Filling job orders, start and finish checks, candidate management, account management, job ad posting and short listing
*Adhoc resourcing duties / over flow if required
To be considered for this position you must:
* Have a minimum 3 – 6 months blue collar temp experience
* Be eligible to work in New Zealand
* Hold a valid driver’s License
* Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English
* Be drug free and have a clean criminal history
* Be computer savvy and can follow processes and procedures
* Be team orientated and stay calm under pressure
* Be highly organized, can multi task and be a highly motivated individual
