Job description

Receptionist/administrator 30 hours per week.

Are you a junior administrator looking to further yourself? Or are you wanting a foot in the door for administration?

    This family owned business is looking for a reliable, honest and accurate junior administrator to join the team. The role will include greeting visitors and answering phones, entering timesheets, bills and spreadsheets and general housekeeping duties.

    Successful candidates will:

    • Have experience and competency in Microsoft office.
    • Have experience in Xero and Workflow Max - would be an advantage but not a necessity.
    • Be comfortable and confident communicating with people of all different walks of life.

      All candidates must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand.
