Job description
Our client is looking for a smart, switched on and well presented receptionist for a short term temporary assignment. This is an immediate start and is based in Remuera
You will have previous reception experience, ideally from a medical background and will also have strong administration skills. Being the face of the company, you will be well presented and have a have a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
The role includes:
- Greeting all visitors to the practice
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
- Booking appointments
- Arranging payments and invoices
- Loading patient information
- Supporting medical staff in the practice.
