Job description

Our client is looking for a smart, switched on and well presented receptionist for a short term temporary assignment. This is an immediate start and is based in Remuera

You will have previous reception experience, ideally from a medical background and will also have strong administration skills. Being the face of the company, you will be well presented and have a have a friendly and welcoming demeanour.

The role includes:

  • Greeting all visitors to the practice
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
  • Booking appointments
  • Arranging payments and invoices
  • Loading patient information
  • Supporting medical staff in the practice.
